Jenny is the Operations Manager at North Lakes Body Corporate, with 16+ years of experience in the strata industry and running a small business. Having steered just about every moving part of the strata industry, she’s the engine that keeps everything running smoothly!A natural people person, Jenny is passionate about connecting individuals and strengthening communities. She listens and believes positive relationships are what keep the industry moving in the right direction. Driven by dedication, vision, and an unshakable sense of purpose, she strives to deliver “win-win” results for all. With this mindset, she leads a loyal team with heart, humour, and a healthy dose of positive energy – turning challenges into well-executed solutions with ease. When she’s not in the boardroom bringing people and communities together, you’ll find her knee-deep in a creative renovation project.

Described as the pillar of the community by some due to Bek’s long standing relationship with clients over several years. Bek has a friendly demeanour and has the client’s interest at heart. A great asset to our team and a great person to work with if you are a committee.

Chris Bright is often described as a “big hitter” in the industry because he is well known and highly respected for his absolute focus on customer service by using his in-depth legislative and property knowledge to serve our clients. Chris is also known as an absolute pleasure to work with and a mentor to many newer members to the industry. Chris has a great motto “Life’s too short not to enjoy what you do.” and grew up in property in a Real Estate family with his father establishing and running a successful Commercial, Industrial, Retail and Residential Business where he worked for a number of years.

Helen has worked in the Body Corporate industry since 2009 and brings her wealth of experience and practical knowledge to her role.
With a strong focus on customer service, Helen is dedicated to building positive relationships with owners, committees and contractors to ensure smooth day to day operations for communities. Her proactive approach and attention to detail makes her a trusted point of contact for our clients.
When not assisting clients, Helen enjoys reading, spending time with family and camping.

Anita has been a valued member of the team since 2018, bringing warmth, professionalism, and efficiency to her role as Receptionist. As the first point of contact for clients, contractors, and residents, she ensures every interaction reflects the company’s commitment to exceptional service and communication.

With over seven years of experience in the body corporate industry, Anita has developed a strong understanding of administration, and client relations. Her approachable manner, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities make her an integral part of the team and a trusted support to both staff and clients.

Kelly has worked in the body corporate industry for over a decade, bringing a wealth of experience and knowledge to her role as an Administrative Assistant. She plays an integral part in supporting committees, owners, and contractors through clear communication, efficient coordination, and meticulous attention to detail.

With a strong focus on customer service, Kelly is dedicated to providing prompt, professional, and reliable support to all clients in assisting to creating harmonious communities.

Her proactive approach and commitment to excellence make her a trusted and valued point of contact within the team.

When not assisting clients, Kelly enjoys spending time with her family, travelling while being a bit of a bookworm.

With 2½ years of industry experience, Nilly is your friendly liaison who’s ready to make every interaction count. Nilly thrives on challenges and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service that leaves you smiling.
Known for her bubbly personality, she prides herself on never forgetting a name—because everyone deserves to feel remembered and valued. When not helping clients, you’ll find Nilly enjoying family time.
