Treetops is a 67-unit townhouse development which has enjoyed a positive relationship with North Lakes Body Corporate Managers since 1999. North Lakes provide high-quality, professional, cost-effective service benefiting both individual lot owners and the Body Corporate Committee.

We are a small complex of three townhouses and have been using North Lakes Body Corporate Managers since 2007. They set up the scheme for us when the buildings were completed and have managed us ever since. North Lakes are very approachable and always willing to assist in a timely manner.

I have been involved with North Lakes Body Corporate Managers in my capacity as both Chairperson and Committee Member of the Body Corporate for several years. During this time, I have found them to be extremely helpful, very competent and a great pleasure to work with.

I have been the Chairman of the Body Corporate Committee for Bowen Terrace Apartments for 8 years. Speaking for myself and the other members of our committee, we can all attest to our satisfaction with Gerard’s availability and accuracy in handling our affairs.

Gerard and his team, at North Lakes Body Corporate Managers, have been a big part of making a great lifestyle possible. Without the support that North Lakes have tirelessly provided, I could not be in the best position that I experience today.
